Great location and value for money.

I don't believe reception desk staff requested that I place a MYR 250 as deposit even though I wanted to make full payment upon check-in. Took her a few minutes to understand what I mean. Blame it on language and translation

Nice place to stay in town. Close to many ipoh famous local food.

The location is at town area and short driving distance to everywhere in ipoh. Breakfast is simple and nice. Room tv have many channel option and the tv resolution is very clear.

The bed size is closing to super queens instead of king. But still acceptable and comfy.

Rooms are very clean. Nice shower!

Breakfast quality is poor. Also nog 5*, you can see it’s an old hotel. Need renovation.

Centralized location of the hotel and its proximity to places to eat and of course its covered link to shopping mall.

Relaxed luxe vibes. Very enjoyable.

Great view from the rooftop pool. Very nice for swimming and relaxing. Buffet breakfast good variety and satisfying. Easy access to Parade mall next door. Very comfortable and relaxing stay overall.

A better variety in their buffet breakfast and dinner. The swimming pool probably needed a good clean.

This was an amazingly comfortable stay.

This was an amazingly comfortable stay. The shower and bath tub made for a very relaxing stay. The pool, when not full of kids, was beautiful and helped cool us down. There is a mall with good food attached and street food and restaurants are nearby as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall it is good and convenient but there are items that need to refresh

Location was good, near a Church and connected to a shopping mall. Hotel facilities was normal and well kept. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast options was a lot and localize. Hotel parking is good though there are times slow due to sharing parking with shopping mall customers

Room lights wasn’t bright enough, toilet door can’t be locked, wood was swollen and creaks, bed is old and not firm any longer, pillows too soft and old. F&B staff most of the time is not around, service to clean table was slow and at times, have to clean on our own.

Pleasant and comfortable.

The room we were in was spacious; clean, and bright. The bathroom was clean and with convenient aminities. Beds and sheets were clean as well and comfortable. The lighting in the room was sufficient and comfortable.

The access from the hotel's parking floor (in the Ipoh Parade's Level 4) was a bit of a challenge : while there was a prominent display of the hotel sign on the outer walls of the lift lobby on L4, once inside the lift lobby it was completely bare. Meaning, there wasn't a single sign anywhere to tell you WHERE to go to get to the Hotel's lobby. After figuring out that it must be on the "G" floor, we got to the ground level. We stepped out of the lift and again there was no visible/prominent signages (arrows etc.) to point you to the Reception. In fact, the floor numbers on the upper floors were all displayed on a wall that was not immediately visible when you are standing in the lift when the lift doors open. I have mentioned this to the Reception at the time of checking in.

Old Hotel and not maintain. Need revamp

The name: Impiana. It fool me to booked it.

1. Basement Parking no lift. 2. No proper signboard to basement parking. 3. Basement parking limited. 4. I was cheated by Booking.com and the hotel. I booked for queen bed. Give me single bed. If not available said so. So I can go anywhere else. 5. Door still use key instead of access card. 6. Old access card system still not removed inside the room. 7. Fungus and damage wardrobe. 8. Dirty bathroom. 9. Ceiling got fungus. 10. Old carpet. 11. Analog TV. 12. Small TV. 13. TV not turn on. 14. Two power source not functioning. 15. Insulation of the windows was very bad. Still here the noise from road. How can I rest?

Great stay. Will return in the future!

Check-in process was pretty smooth. We stayed at the Telegraph Cosy room and it was very nice. Love the pillows! The breakfast spread was good. Love the freshly baked croissants.

There was no kiddie pool. My kids would have loved it.

Great location. Hospitable with welcome drinks. Clean spacious rooms. Lacking in gym facilities though.

The AC in our room can be cooler-maybe something hotel maintenance can look into.

What was the highlight of WEIL Hotel Ipoh

Relaxing stay and helpful staff.

The hotel is linked with Ipoh Parade, which is very convenient for visitors who do not want to travel far to get something. I was looking for a shop to take passport photo in a hurry, and I could get it in the parade. Besides the strategic location, the staff are friendly and courtesy enough to serve. The snacks and soft drinks are complimentary. In addition, this is the first time I see a hotel provide a handphone for visitor as travel buddy! You can call and go online with the handphone! Last but not least, it's a non-smoking hotel, so yo can really enjoy clean air inside. I enjoyed my stay there.

I asked the staff to clear up my bathtub because the water was draining very slowly. They had to come twice because they didn't check properly for the first time. Anyhow the problem was solved. Secondly, the staff who are supposed to open the main door for all visitors seems not so alert on the approaching customers. Lastly, the swimming pool is too small for a few people to swim for exercise.
